This team is AWESOME. The professionalism, the attention to detail, the going above and beyond to make sure it’s done right, the creativity… they have it all. I would trust Sebastian and team to do any AV project - frankly if they did other trade I’d trust them with that too. They are one of the few vendors I’ve ever worked with that I would put in this category. We are so pleased with the work they did and the ideas they came up with, such as which products to use and how to conceal everything. We did run into an issue with our network and one piece of hardware, and they are coming back out to address it, not leaving me hanging. NXT will be getting all my future (and prob any of my friends who need it) business!

DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!!!! I have been through several moves and this company is one of the best. We obtained several quotes for mounting numerous televisions and putting in a surround sound for our media room. From the initial consultation and estimate to the completion of the work, everyone in this company was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond just mounting. Sebastian is quick to respond to questions, the workers always showed up on time and were a pleasure to be around and work with. They really do ask for customer input and aim for customer satisfaction. Their prices are comparable to other companies and for the quality of work we received I would say they are a bargain. Cannot say enough about them and if we have more multimedia needs I will not contact anyone else.

I can't say enough great things about this team! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire installation—from prewiring to the final setup of our network, audio, video, and low-voltage systems. They installed everything seamlessly, including bracket-mounted speakers, TVs, a Sonos amplifier, in-wall iPad control, and custom solutions for both our game room and in-home speakeasy. One of our favorite features is that our record player now plays vinyl throughout the entire house! Every detail was handled with care, and the results were clean, organized, and beyond what we envisioned. They came full of great suggestions—which was a huge help because I didn’t know what I didn’t know. Their wealth of knowledge made the process feel easy and gave me full confidence that we were making the right choices. I’ve worked with them in the past when they were part of the Best Buy custom team, and it’s been great to see them now thriving with their own company. These guys are super professional! They came up with solutions to a preexisting difficult mount issue. Additionally, they made purchasing and mounting multiple tv’s a breeze. They were neat and clean and very respectful of our home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple tv mount to full av install.

After a terrible experience with a Big Box store installation service, we turned to NXT for help in installing three TVs in our new home. It was the best decision! Deandre and Salomon arrived promptly, wore shoe protectors and got to work on the installation. They did an excellent job - our largest TV was hung so that all in the room could easily view without neck strain etc., that is the level of detail this company works in, we love it! NXT is our go-to company now for TV and wiring needs, they know what are doing and they love what they do!

Professional from the start. Gave a quick bid, set up the electrician. Kept in touch via text/calls before appointment. Installed within a week! Sebastian came and looked at the area, and did his due diligence before the install… Which I truly appreciated as this was a big TV going above a big fireplace. Crew of 3, as it was a 86’ LCD above fireplace…Used drop cloths, feet booties and we’re respectful of our home and time. Sebastian was so kind, patient throughout the process. If i could give more stars I would. Highly recommend! We’ve used other installers and NO ONE COMPARES to these guys. You will not be disappointed!
